  • Develop custom data integration solutions as part of VSO's IT service management mission via web software, data pipelines, and dashboards to expose hidden metrics on count, cost, and caliber of servers for medical corporations with up to 200k employees.
  • Designed a source of truth dashboard monitoring 100+ server metadata management properties using SQL and Power BI, eliminating discrepancies in data quality across dozens of reports and facilitating self-service data analysis for a medical company with $100B in revenue.
  • Automated the processing of 6 dynamic spreadsheets and 2 API feeds by scripting a reusable data integration pipeline that saves 12+ hours with each monthly run, enabling a previously invisible reconciliation of $17M in costs across 45k servers.
  • Developed 20+ SQL Server stored procedures to automate data ingestion and cleaning from 6 enterprise sources into a 200GB+ system of record, allowing 4k+ IT professionals to monitor real-time compliance metrics across 200k servers and proactively identify critical compliance gaps.
  • Authored technical documentation including data pipeline specifications and ERDs covering ETL processes and business logic for 3 enterprise contracts, enabling 20 teammates to work independently by reducing support time needed from 6 senior engineers.
